Your products will be shipped within two days after your order is confirmed, and then it takes up to two weeks to reach your doorstep.

Our products are shipped from the United States.

At LIROSA, we care about how you feel about our products. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll see what we can o for you. In general, we accept returns of all unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. For more details, please see our return policy.

Cancelations are possible if you issue the cancelation before we send it out to you. Please send us your cancelation request with your order number to hello@lirosa.us.
